The Good: Well, my first 30 miler done! I started in Faversham and went out along the coast as far as Herne Bay and back. A couple of hills but nothing major. I'm just concentrating on getting my fitness level up first. But nice weather, nice scenary and very manageable. So far so good...
The Bad: Another puncture!. thankfully I was only 1 mile from home and done my 30 already. I'm going to ask my bike specialist today what he'd recommend as this is ridiculous
The Ugly: I think I will be very stiff tomorrow. And sitting down might be a problem... well you get the idea
